The suspect who led police on a high-speed chase through Fort Worth on Wednesday morning was wanted on several felony warrants, police said.
The man, identified in jail records as Juan Castillo, is a 25-year-old Fort Worth resident. He was wearing a bright red jumpsuit when SWAT officers pulled him from a red car that police said was associated with several felony warrants.
He was the only occupant of the vehicle, police said.
Castillo had a parole violation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Tarrant County from a September incident and a warrant for evading arrest in Tarrant County last month, police Sgt. Chris Britt said in a news conference.
