A Noble County man who on Wednesday led police on a chase – by both car and foot – was found with the help of a drone.
The pursuit began about 9:30 p.m. after the Noble County Sheriff’s Department received information about a suspicious vehicle in Albion, according to a department news release.

Sheriff’s deputies, along with Albion police officers, chased the vehicle through town, with the vehicle eventually crashing at River Road and County Road 100 North, police reported.
The driver fled on foot, prompting the use of K-9 units and the sheriff’s department’s new aerial drone, the release says.
Michael Jacobs, 40, of Wolf Lake was found using the drone’s thermal imager, police reported. He was charged with resisting law enforcement.
Police said Jacobs received treatment at Parkview Noble Hospital before
